Where the Wild Things Learn!
Mrs. Morgan's Classroom
Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year! I hope your student is looking forward to a fun year filled with new learning opportunities!
The rules in my classroom are:
1. Be safe
2. Be Respectful
3. Be On-Task
Each time your student comes to a group, they will earn a "Bee Buck," as long as they have followed the class rules. They put the Bee Bucks in a pouch in the classroom with their name on it. When they earn 5 Bee Bucks, they get to choose a prize from my treasure box.
If your student has difficulty with behavior in my classroom, these are the procedures I follow:
1. 1st Verbal Warning
2. 2nd Verbal Warning
3. Loss of Bee Buck
4. Written Referral on Educators Handbook
5. Office Referral to principal / Phone call to parents
More serious or chronic behavior difficulties may be handled on n individual basis, and may include a behavior tracker, a Functional Behavior Assessment, and/or a formal Behavior Plan. If these things become necessary, I will be in contact with you frequently. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have!
Please enter your student's name and your email below, and submit to me before the end of the second week of school (August 26, 2016) and your student will receive a special back to school treat from me!
Thank you for your support!
